What are the dates of the Trip(s)?
Thursday 30 April – Sunday 3 May 2026.

Will there be joint transportation to/from Billund Airport?
Yes, on the departure day the bus will leave Tangen 6 at 5:45 am. Please be there on time 😊 On Sunday a bus will take us back to Tangen 6.
I would like to drive to Billund on my own – at what time do I need to be at the airport?
You will have to be at the airport no later than 7:00 am. Please check the departure screen for information on which check-in desk to go to. You can use your PLEO-card to pay for parking.
Please note: If you have signed up for the bus, but decides to drive on your own or with someone else, please make sure to inform Dorte, so we don't have to wait unnecessary.
What are the departure and arrival times?
The flight will depart from Billund at 9:00 am and arrive in Ljubljana at 11:00 am. Going back, the flight will depart from Ljubljana at 4:00 pm and arrive in Billund at 6:00 pm.
Can I check in online from home?
No, the check-in must take place at the airport.
Will there be snacks on the bus to the airport? And what about breakfast and beverages on the flight?
There will be water and snacks (granola bars, fruit etc.) on the bus. A nice breakfast bag will be handed out at the gate - together with a warm cup of coffee. Coffee, tea and water will be served on the flight.
Do I have to bring bed linen and towels?
No.
Is there something I need to pack in my hand luggage for the arrival day?
We won’t be able to access our suitcases/luggage until late in the afternoon. Please make sure you wear clothes and proper shoes to walk in.

Is everyone to participate in the exercise on day 2?
Yes, this is team exercise, and everyone can participate.
When will the pre-assigned activities take place?
They will take place on day 3.
who will i be sharing a room with?

Is there a dress code?
Nope – you should wear what you like to wear. But, on day 2 we are having the Dark (K)Night party at the castle. Please wear something dark/black and it can be everything from a a black t-shirt to a tuxedo and the black galla dress.
Is there a pool at the venue?
Yes, and there is also Lake Bled just in front of the hotel, so remember to bring your swimwear. And yes, you can swim in Lake Bled.
Will there be WIFI at the venue?
Yes.
Will there be time for some “me time” on the trip?
Yes. Every day you will have the time to recharge at some point.
I would like to go for a morning run – is it possible in the surroundings of the venue?
Yes.
What happens if I become ill while on the Company Trip?
You call Dorte (+45 27740952) or Ditte (+45 40964785) and then they will help you. You can also text both of them on Slack.
If you have allergies or medical conditions that you didn't inform about during sign-up, please make sure to reach out to Dorte or Ditte, so we are prepared if something should happen.
How much will InCommodities pay for during the Company Trip?
This is an all-expense paid teambuilding trip, meaning that InC will pay for all food and beverages during the trip. Personal purchases at the airport or during activities/excursions will not be covered by InC.
Joint information during the trip
We will share the important information in the WATT2026 Slack channel, and at the same time we and CTE will do a brief every time we gather so you know what’s coming next and what to expect. You can of course also always ask Dorte and Ditte.
What will the temperatures be like?
We hope to have the early spring weather meaning around 15 degrees but we will for sure keep you posted on the weather forecast.
I’m confident that this trip will be mind-blowingly awesome – Am I allowed to share pictures on SoMe or tell my colleagues back home about the content of the trip?
We kindly ask you not to post anything social media. Remember your colleagues are also going and they would also like to get surprised 😊 But, we would love you to take a lot of pictures and share them in the designated WATT2026 Slack channel.
How much luggage can I bring and what should I remember to pack?
You can bring 5 kg of hand luggage and 20 kg of checked-in baggage.

I am a student - do I get paid during the team building trip?
Yes, you do. You should register 7 hours for Thursday and Friday.
