It's time to put your teamwork, navigation skills, and map-reading abilities to the test.
You'll be divided into smaller teams and sent out on different routes through the Swedish wilderness. Along the way, you'll complete a mix of challenges, all requiring collaboration, communication, and smart decision-making.
The routes take you through some of Sweden's most beautiful natural landscapes, with the Camino Race finishing at the base camp that will be your home for the next few days.
We will be arriving at Arild Vineyard after the Camino Race. You will have time to check-in to your rooms, rest a bit or take a look around at the vineyard!
It's time for another competition. You will be in groups, it involves taste and creativity, and obviously.... Sangria.
We will be enjoying a nice dinner in the garden together with our freshly-made sangrias.
Last call to go to bed to be fresh for the last day.
If you are a morning person or just enjoy to start the day with a nice energizer, there will be opportunities to go for a run, a walk or take a morning dip in the ocean, to be ready for a new day.
Breakfast will be available from 8.00 - 9.00.
Our values reflect what matters most to us. They shape our motivations, influence our decisions, and play an important role in how we approach our life and interact with others.
In this session, we will share some of our personal values in small groups. By taking the time to understand each other’s values, especially as we grow, we gain a deeper understanding of the people behind roles.
This creates a foundation for more open and honest conversations, improves collaboration, and ultimately leads to more effective teamwork – all of which are essential for achieving our ambitions as a company.
It's time for your chosen activity. Remember to check the packing list for your activity. You will be enjoying lunch at your activity.
There will be no toilets available at the next location (Tussans Badplats), so please use the facilities before departure.
For all of you, the activities included either some movement, adrenaline or spikes in heart rate - or even a mix of it all!
Therefore, we all need a few hours of relaxation which is why we will all meet at Tussans Badplatz.
There will be some refreshments, opportunities for a swim or even snorkling, some outdoor games, board games or just a quiet moment at the sea, alone or with colleagues.
It's only a few minutes of walking (1.2 km) from the vineyard, so when it's time to a break or to freshen up for the evening program, feel free to head home to our venue.
We will meet up for "Blue Hour" where you can enjoy a pre-dinner drink, create your own midsummer flower crown to fulfill your planned midsummer outfit!
We will be enjoying a delicious three-course meal in the spirit of Midsummer. After dinner, there will be an opportunity to compete with your colleagues in some outdoor games.

Change is no longer something we prepare for, it is the environment we operate in every day.
As complexity increases, so do the demands on our ability to adapt, learn and support one another.
In small groups, we will reflect on and discuss: How do we become better at adapting, individually and as a company?
There will be lunch served in the restaurant before departure.
