What are the dates of the Trip?
Thursday 27 August - Saturday 29 August.
Will there be joint transportation to/from Molslinjen?
Yes, on the departure day the bus will leave Tangen 6.15 am. Please be there on time.
On Saturday a bus will take us back to Tangen 6.

I would like to go to Molslinjen on my own – at what time do I need to be at there?
You will have to be at Molslinjen no later than 7.00 am. If you are going directly to the ferry on your own, please let Ana know prior to the trip.

Please note: If you decide to go directly after you have signed up for the bus, please also inform Ana asap, so the group doesn’t have to wait unnecessary.
What are the departure and arrival times?
The ferry will depart from Molslinjen at 7.30 am and arrive in Ransvik at 12:00 am. Going back, the ferry will depart from Sweden at 12:00 am and arrive at Molslinjen in Aarhus at 17:50 pm.
Will there be snacks on the bus to the ferry? And what about breakfast and beverages?
There will be breakfast on the bus. If you go directly, you will get your breakfast when you arrive at the ferry.
Do I have to bring bed linen and towels?
No.
Is there something I need to pack with easy access for the arrival day?
We won’t be able to access our suitcases/luggage until late in the afternoon when we check in at the vineyard.
Please make sure to wear comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear for walking. If you'd like to swim at the lunch spot, don't forget to bring your swimwear.

When will the pre-assigned activities take place?
They will take place on day 2.
who will i be sharing a room with?

Is there a dress code?
Nope – you should wear what you like to wear. On day 2, we are having a Midsummer Party. Please wear something white and/or flowery. It can be everything from a t-shirt, to a tuxedo, to a galla dress. Up to you!
Is there a pool at the venue?
No, but you will have opportunities to go swimming in the mornings, so please make sure to bring your swimwear.
Will there be WIFI at the venue?
Yes.
Will there be time for some “me time” on the trip?
Yes. Every day you will have the time to recharge at some point.
I would like to go for a morning run – is it possible in the surroundings of the venue?
Yes.
What happens if I become ill while on the Company Trip?

If you have allergies or medical conditions that you didn't inform about during sign-up, please make sure to reach out to Ana, so we are prepared if something should happen.
How much will InCommodities pay for during the Company Trip?
Personal purchases at the ferry or during activities/excursions will not be covered by InC.

We will share the important information in the WATT2026 Slack channel, and at the same time we will do a brief every time we gather so you know what’s coming and what to expect.

What will the temperatures be like?
18-20 degrees but we will for sure keep you posted on the weather forecast prior to the trip.
I’m confident that this trip will be mind-blowingly awesome – am I allowed to share pictures on SOME?
We kindly ask you not to post anything social media. But, we would love you to take a lot of pictures and share them in the designated WATT2026 Slack channel.
How much luggage can I bring and what should I remember to pack?
There isnt a limit of how much luggage you can bring, but be reasonable.

I am a student - do I get paid during THE COMPANY TRIP?
Yes, you do. You should register 7 hours for Thursday and Friday.
