Change is no longer something we prepare for, it is the environment we operate in every day.
The sum of AI, geopolitical developments, evolving markets and changing customer expectations are increasing the complexity of our work and placing greater demands on our ability to learn, rethink and adapt in order to remain competitive.
In small groups, we will reflect on what these changes mean for us and discuss how we can strengthen our ability to adapt, both individually and as a company.
