Will there be joint transportation to/from Austin Airport?
No joint transportation will be provided for those coming into Austin/Bastrop. However- we are coordinating transportation back to the airport on the 21st for anyone departing that day. For those who will be in Austin prior to the trip, we will have joint transportation to the venue from the Austin office and back to the Austin office after the trip for those who will be staying longer.
As with our general InC dress code policy - we encourage people to use common sense and wear appropriate clothing during this trip. Please keep in mind that all of our activities will be taking place outside and it will still be hot out. We encourage you to wear appropriate athletic wear and walking shoes you don't mind getting dirty.
Is there a pool at the venue?
Yes, so remember to bring your swimwear.
Will there be WIFI at the venue?
Yes.
Will there be time for some “me time” on the trip?
Yes. Every day you will have the time to recharge at some point.
I would like to go for a morning run – is it possible in the surroundings of the venue?
Yes.
What happens if I become ill while on the Company Trip?
A first-aid kit will be available upon request. If a doctor is needed, please reach out to Brooke.
How much will InCommodities pay for during the Company Trip?
This is an all-expense paid teambuilding trip, meaning that InC will pay for all food and beverages during the trip. Personal purchases at the airport or during activities/excursions will not be covered by InC.
When are we told who we will be sharing a room with?
For the trip a Slack channel has been set up. Here information regarding activities, dinner etc. will be posted. This channel can also be used to share pictures from the activities.
What will the temperatures be like?
Plan for it to be hot! Average daily highs around 92°F (33°C) and average lows around 71°F (22°C).
I’m confident that this trip will be mind-blowingly awesome – Am I allowed to share pictures on SoMe about the content of the trip?
