BREATHWORK
It has become somewhat of a tradition that we also combine out-of-the-body experiences, Health & Wellbeing, and experiences as a group that we can both laugh of as well as be inspired by into our WATT. And this year is no exception. Last year we did an ecstatic dance and this year we will dive into how we breathe. We will focus on how our breath can help us gain focus, release tensions and boost our energy and determination. And we will of course have one of the best to facilitate this session for us.
 
The power of breath
Breathwork is a conscious and intentional practice of controlling the breath to influence physical, emotional, and mental states. Rooted in both ancient traditions and modern therapeutic approaches, breathwork helps calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and access deeper layers of awareness. Techniques can range from slow, meditative breathing to more dynamic patterns designed to release suppressed emotions and increase vitality. Regular practice can reduce stress, improve focus, boost energy, and support emotional resilience. It is often used in mindfulness routines, trauma healing, and personal growth journeys. Breathwork creates space for clarity and stillness, allowing the body and mind to reset and align. In daily life, it can be integrated as short pauses during stressful moments or used intentionally to start or end the day with grounding. Whether practiced alone or in guided sessions, breathwork is a simple yet transformative tool for cultivating presence and inner balance. Over time, it strengthens the connection between body, breath, and being.
